          What you do define your values and your values define who you are.  Albert Einstein told us to: “Try not to become a man of success, but rather try to become a man of value”.

 

          As we go on in life, we gain a lot of experience and as we grow, our personal values and ideals in life gets influenced and change. We interact with other people, different events happen in our lives and we learn to adapt to the world we live in. Do we choose our path and do we choose the kind of job based on their appeal for us? Do we consider the kind of work environment we want to be part of? These are examples of value questions and being able to answer these questions plays an important role in achieving career satisfaction and success. There are a lot of employment opportunities and finding a job that matches our values could be a tough one – from being astonishing to being terrible.
